Clock4Me provides automated time tracking integration between Jira and Clockify platforms. Our service helps users automatically log time based on their Jira assignments and project schedules.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must promptly update any changes to your information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clock4Me only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms:

• Do not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
